The fi nal report will be given to an open audience. The length is short - 8 minutes this year (2013). That includes questions.

The final presentation will be given during finals week.

Not everybody in the group needs to be part of the presentation. You can pick one or two people who are best suited for the task to give the talk. 

Attire should be nice, but no need to dress up. (i.e. no t-shirt and shorts, but also no need for ties)

The general outline of the talk should hit the key points in the paper, but you will not have enough time to go into everything. Pick one thing and show a little bit of depth on the subject. Also, keep it lively! We have 12 presentations to get through in 2 hours. Keep me interested!

Grading will be based on completeness, clarity, quality of the slides, professional approach, and presentation style. Practice, practice, practice!
