Week 5: Fabrication Lab

You will learn how to use the laser cutter. Only a few people will be able to use the laser cutter during the lab session. A typical cut will take around 30 minutes. That means that you might have to schedule another time outside of the normal lab hours to do your cut. You will not be allowed to cut until you have your engineering drawings approved by the professor or a TA. Once that occurs, cuts will be done on a first come basis.  The TA's will set up a schedule to help alleviate bottlenecks.

If for some reason you have not finished your drawings, head to the computer lab and get them done!
